When I first met my personal trainer Wan Ching , I was apprehensive about training with someone so young. But since she was highly recommended by a close friend I decided to take the chance . The first 2 sessions were more or less each of us studying each other. But soon I got comfortable with Wan Ching and found her to be very professional in her planning of the training workout by considering my age and stamina. In return I felt motivated to always give my best. She also showed compassion and empathy whenever I did get minor injuries and took the extra effort to help me get relief . Her enthusiasm and positive attitude have also made the training experience enjoyable and engaging
I always look forward to my workouts as she ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries.
Furthermore,she is extremely reliable & punctual and ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned.
I will strongly recommend her to anyone , both young and old, as she is both very talented and professional for someone her age. - Jyuan·

Never been so good. Trained under coach Faira, specialized in body toning training. What's the best thing is that she only train ladies who wants to build up their confidence. Been 2 weeks under her and I never felt so good up to this date 😘
